Job Title: Production Planner

At Mynaric USA Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Scheduling: Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity to create efficient production plans.
  • Inventory Management: Review sales forecasts and current orders to assess inventory status and upcoming production needs.
  • Resource Allocation: Verify resource availability (material, equipment, and labor) required for production to deliver excellent customer service at optimal inventory levels.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve production issues to minimize delays in production.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
  • Reporting: Compile status and performance reports and submit them to management in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as a Production Planner.
  • Skills: Sound knowledge of MRP (Manufacturo) and ERP (SAP) systems, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience working in a complex manufacturing facility.
