Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a full-time employee. This position will be based in a school district located in the Midwest region of the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students in a K-12 setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on communication strategies and techniques
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- IL state license or ability to acquire before starting
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
