Role Summary:

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator plays a vital role within the Supply Chain and Inventory Optimization team. This position is tasked with overseeing and enhancing the order fulfillment process to guarantee the timely and precise delivery of products. The coordinator collaborates with various departments to ensure a smooth order cycle, boost operational efficiency, and provide strategic insights that inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment Management:
    • Evaluate and release customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
    • Coordinate with distribution centers to guarantee orders are processed and shipped according to specifications.
    • Monitor order statuses, resolving any issues or delays while maintaining clear communication with relevant teams.
    • Optimize inventory allocations to meet delivery schedules.
    • Assist in identifying products that require expedited processing.
    • Ensure data accuracy in inventory management systems.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Act as the primary contact for order-related inquiries from internal teams.
    • Provide updates on order statuses and shipping details to relevant stakeholders.
    • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to manage expectations and resolve issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain and update reports related to order fulfillment performance.
    • Prepare and distribute regular reports to track fulfillment metrics and identify improvement areas.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives:

Qualifications:
