Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit team at Reston Hospital Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and creating a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
  • Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of medical/surgical experience.
  • Ability to work a full-time night shift (7pm-7am).
