- Training and Development: Train and mentor new team members on established merchandising and processing principles, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Leadership Experience: 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
