Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: Coordinate the receipt and processing of merchandise, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the sales floor.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the backroom area, to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, respond to their needs, and provide a high level of service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the Coordinator on Duty and other team members to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor and maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Monitor and improve productivity, prioritize tasks, and coach team members as needed to achieve store goals.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor new team members on established merchandising and processing principles, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
