Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Team Lead to oversee multiple locations and guide our team to ensure exceptional service for our customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team, overseeing daily operations, and driving growth with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Recruit, interview, select, hire, and develop an appropriate number of managers and attendants to drive customer and operational excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Focus on developing the team to drive customer and operational excellence, track and forecast operational trends and analysis, and develop procedures in accordance with HR regulations.
  • Leadership and Development: Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding, empower employees to take responsibility and expect accountability with consistent feedback, and lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
  • Operational Management: Maintain employee work schedules including training, call-ins, and managing overtime hours, and develop and implement processes and procedures to maintain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output) continuously.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in operations or other related fields, strong experience in retail or food service industries, and strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership and development qualities, demonstrated knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles and practices, and demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization's management team that provides leadership and direction.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including knowledge of Excel.
