Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Foresight Asset Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and safe for residents and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the physical condition of properties according to Company operating and safety standards.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property management maintenance or a related trade.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
  • EPA certification, Type I and II.
Working Conditions

The Lead Maintenance Specialist will spend 90 to 95 percent of their time performing hands-on repairs/maintenance work. The remaining time will be spent supervising the work of other employees and outside contractors.

The position requires ability to transport or move up to 50 pounds variable distances; the mobility and flexibility to use ladders and to access and work in confined spaces or at heights in excess of nine feet; the ability to work outdoors in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
