Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement construction methodologies for all phases of residential high-rise projects, including scheduling, productivity enhancements, and site logistics in the Chicagoland area.
- Select and manage field personnel.
- Monitor project costs and productivity.
- Coordinate on-site manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Create, oversee, and execute the project construction plan and schedule.
- Supervise, train, and mentor field staff.
- Uphold Walsh's commitment to safety and quality programs.
- Organize and manage all subcontractor activities.
- Handle project close-out, including final inspections, addressing deficiencies, warranty work, and site demolition.
- Collaborate with owners to ensure projects adhere to contract specifications.
- Participate in the development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities.

Qualifications

- High School diploma.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Certain roles may necessitate relocation.
- Experience with Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants is preferred.
