Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent Nursing qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Competent in using healthcare technology

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry or Emergency Room nursing
  • Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN)

Mandatory Certifications and Licenses:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon employment and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months
  • Valid Registered Nurse License in New Jersey

Work Schedule:

  • Night Shift, 36 hours weekly
  • Monday to Friday, with alternating weekends and holiday duties

  • Implement safe nursing protocols
  • Oversee and assign nursing tasks
  • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
  • Apply evidence-based methodologies in patient care
