Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at W3Global Inc. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing behavior, developing individualized intervention plans, and providing guidance to parents and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify and analyze challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide training and education to parents on behavior management strategies.
  • Implement and monitor behavior management strategies using ABA principles.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Regularly evaluate and modify intervention plans to meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • A passion for helping individuals with ASD achieve meaningful progress.
