Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Orthopedic team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our patients. Your expertise and dedication will help us achieve our mission of providing exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse diploma or associate degree required.
