Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative ML tools to model complex psychological phenomena.
  • Conduct experiments on LLM-based multi-agent systems to drive breakthroughs in mental health.
  • Utilize real-world data to fine-tune agent behavior and enhance platform performance.
  • Establish an efficient data pipeline for product scalability and reliability.
  • Explore and implement techniques to optimize platform performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to integrate the platform and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present research findings and insights to diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong publication record in deep learning and LLMs.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience in ML and AI.
  • Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries.
  • Excellent team-oriented skills with strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Leadership experience is highly desirable.

Preferred: Background in cognitive psychology or a related field.
