Job Summary

As an Electromechanical Assembler II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and delivery of our products meet our customer's expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and work with schematics, drawings, diagrams, and other visual aids to assemble complex electronic components.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure production roles are clear and production goals are met.
  • Perform electronic assembly operations such as SMT, AOI, Prepping Components, X-Ray, De-Panel, and Soldering.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers and design staff to ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety guidelines and ESD/FOD-controlled environment protocols.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and inventory management tasks.
  • Utilize basic computer skills to complete quality control forms and maintain accurate records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of experience in electronic assembly operations, including SMT, AOI, Prepping Components, X-Ray, De-Panel, and Soldering.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to differentiate between colors to identify colored electrical wires.
  • Attention to detail and ability to read parts lists to ensure all necessary components are present.
  • Familiarity with undergoing routine preventive maintenance and maintaining inventory.
  • Basic computer skills to complete quality control forms and maintain accurate records.
  • Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD-controlled environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow strict safety guidelines.
