Key Responsibilities- Interpret and work with schematics, drawings, diagrams, and other visual aids to assemble complex electronic components.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production roles are clear and production goals are met.
- Perform electronic assembly operations such as SMT, AOI, Prepping Components, X-Ray, De-Panel, and Soldering.
- Communicate effectively with engineers and design staff to ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety guidelines and ESD/FOD-controlled environment protocols.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inventory management tasks.
- Utilize basic computer skills to complete quality control forms and maintain accurate records.
- A High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in electronic assembly operations, including SMT, AOI, Prepping Components, X-Ray, De-Panel, and Soldering.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to differentiate between colors to identify colored electrical wires.
- Attention to detail and ability to read parts lists to ensure all necessary components are present.
- Familiarity with undergoing routine preventive maintenance and maintaining inventory.
- Basic computer skills to complete quality control forms and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD-controlled environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow strict safety guidelines.
