Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents/patients. This role requires a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents/patients

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery

Provide education and support to residents/patients and their families

Requirements:

MA Registered Nurse (RN) license

Prior experience working in a skilled LTC setting preferred
