Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven success in a sales capacity for a minimum of 5-6 years
  • Capability to secure necessary licenses and registrations to operate as a Financial Advisor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred
  • An entrepreneurial mindset focused on long-term growth and relationship development
