Program Overview:

The Executive Development Program/Wealth Management Associate - Intern is ideal for individuals approaching graduation or set to graduate in the near future. As a Wealth Management Associate, you will join our Network Office team and collaborate with experienced financial representatives, advisors, and professional office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain Life, Accident, & Health License for the state of Connecticut (financed by Northwestern Mutual), with the potential to secure Series 6 and 63 licenses.
  • Participate in personal and professional training and development sessions.
  • Design your own schedule to meet with prospects and clients.
  • Analyze, create, and implement personalized strategies to help clients achieve financial security.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time student with strong academic performance.
  • Active involvement in clubs/organizations.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and previous work or internship experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Sociable and outgoing; enjoys meeting new people.
  • U.S. Citizen or permanent work authorization is required.
