  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain maximum levels of utilization and efficiency of capital equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement the department's strategic business plan.
  • Identify and track key performance indicators to support business plan goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or higher degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Team Lead in a robotic manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, team building, and communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and/or servo press manufacturing.
