Premiere Finishing and Coating LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Finishing Line Technician.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple finishing lines, ensuring the application of high-quality finishes on a diverse range of wood products, such as hardwood flooring, moldings, cabinet components, and casework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the finishing line equipment.
  • Prepare and mix coating materials as per specifications.
  • Apply finishes to products utilizing HVLP spray guns and/or UV Roll Coaters.
  • Adjust machine settings to optimize performance.
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience with spray equipment, particularly HVLP spray guns.
  • Familiarity with water and solvent-based stains.
  • Understanding of color mixing techniques.
  • Experience in rebuilding pumps and spray guns is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of automatic panel reciprocating spraying machines is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
