Job Overview

Triad Road Maintenance Co is seeking dedicated individuals with a valid driver's license, preferably a CDL, and reliable transportation. While prior experience in road marking and traffic control is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. We are looking for candidates to be part of the team responsible for our comprehensive line striping initiatives. Holding a valid CDL will enhance your chances during the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain various construction tools and machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks effectively.
  • Supervise fellow workers as necessary.
  • Follow instructions from Operations and Project Managers.
  • Be open to learning through practical training.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites.
  • Exhibit a proactive and motivated work ethic.

Qualifications

  • Must have reliable transportation for commuting.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding labor.
  • Consistent punctuality and reliability are essential.

Starting pay: $20 to $30 per hour
