We are seeking a Full-Time Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team at White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community in La Jolla, CA.
This is a NOC shift position, working 4 days on and 2 days off.
As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our residents with their activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
You will also be responsible for engaging residents in participation in daily activities, identifying their needs and wants, and encouraging autonomy in decision-making.
Additionally, you will work in collaboration with others to ensure each resident has the necessary supplies, equipment, materials, and resources to pursue their interests.
