About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our team at Raleigh Comprehensive Treatment Center. As a key member of our counseling team, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients seeking recovery from opioid use disorder.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and goals.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and case management services as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • CADC-I, CADC, LCAS-A, LCAS, LCSW-A, or LCSW licensure or certification required.
  • Experience working in addiction recovery and/or medication-assisted treatment environments preferred.
