Job Summary

ClareMedica Health Partners LLC is seeking a skilled Community Benefits Coordinator to join our team. As a Community Benefits Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting community members with understanding and applying for potential benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist community members with questions on and applications for government-sponsored benefits.
  • Familiarity with government-sponsored benefits eligibility requirements and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community members, organizations, and government agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in guidelines and requirements for government-sponsored benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to community members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with eligibility and application process for various government-sponsored benefits.
  • Previous experience as a Community Benefits Coordinator preferred.
  • Bilingual required, Spanish preferred.
  • Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
