About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, physical and mental functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and home safety assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate occupational therapy programs, including self-care and creative activities, to improve patient independence and functioning.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
Requirements
  • Current OT licensure in the state of FL
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Graduate of an occupational therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A. in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association or its equivalent
  • Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute or Rehab setting
