Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care tailored to the specific needs of individuals based on their age and condition.
- Assist with morning routines, including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, and maintaining a clean and organized living space.
- Provide evening care, ensuring patients are comfortable and attended to, including personal hygiene and room tidiness.
- Support meal preparation and assist patients during mealtime as needed.
- Respond to patient requests and proactively check on their needs throughout the day.
- Help patients manage personal belongings such as glasses, dentures, and hearing aids.
- Document any changes in patient condition or behavior and report them to the nursing staff.
- Assist licensed nursing personnel with various treatment tasks.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Current CPR/BCLS Certification
- Preferred experience of at least six months in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
