Job Overview: The Head Teller Supervisor is a critical role within our bank, responsible for overseeing the daily activities of bank tellers and ensuring the smooth operation of our branches. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a detailed understanding of banking regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train bank tellers, ensuring they understand and follow bank policies and procedures.
  • Manage cash handling and financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, and reconcile branch statements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including branch performance metrics and operational statistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed understanding of banking regulations and policies.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
