General Responsibilities:The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accounts payable records through various tasks, including:
- Reviewing and processing payment vouchers.

- Issuing accounts payable checks.

- Maintaining organized files and documentation.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
Project Assistance: 5% of the role involves:
