Position Overview

As a key member of the Food & Beverage team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members and guests. Your professional demeanor and extensive knowledge of our offerings will ensure a memorable experience for all.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Maintain detailed end-of-shift documentation, including inventory and restocking lists.
  2. Ensure a consistent level of service is upheld throughout your shift, with a focus on team coordination.
  3. Oversee opening and closing procedures to guarantee operational efficiency.
  4. Guide and support team members to ensure a seamless service experience.

Customer Interaction Duties

  1. Welcome and assist members with a friendly and professional approach.
  2. Respond promptly to member inquiries and needs.
  3. Process food and beverage transactions efficiently using the POS system.
  4. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
  5. Prepare and serve smoothies and other beverage offerings.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Candidate should be working towards a high school diploma or GED. Appropriate food and beverage certifications are required. A minimum of six months of customer service experience is essential, with prior food and beverage experience preferred.
