Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to all guests, running food and expo, and supporting functions in the restaurants and other areas where guest dining occurs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Run food and expo to ensure timely delivery of meals
  • Support functions in the restaurants and other areas where guest dining occurs
  • Act as an extension of the Server in all capacities
Requirements
  • One to two years' experience as a Host, Server Assistant, or related Food and Beverage experience
  • Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
  • Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Knowledge and passion for health and wellness
