Civana Management is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pool Attendant to join our team. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and fond farewell to all pool visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to pool guests, ensuring a warm welcome and fond farewell.
• Assist Pool Servers with running food and beverage.
• Maintain pool areas, including chairs, towels, and loungers, and provide seating accommodations.
• Manage opening and closing pool duties, including setting waters, towels to laundry, cleaning up empty food containers, resetting chairs, and umbrellas.

Requirements:

• One to two years' experience in Customer Service or Hospitality, Server Assistant, or any related Food & Beverage experience.
• Able to lift over 30 lbs, stand, and walk 6-9 hours daily.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Requires long periods of being outdoors and in the sun.
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness.
