Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Financial Coordinator to join our team at SeaGate Plastics. This role will support various accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, strong analytical skills, and a desire to learn and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support accounting functions, including payable processing, receivable invoicing, and cash applications.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and performing monthly inventory tasks.
  • Distribute invoices to customers via mail, fax, or email and scan/file documents daily.
  • Communicate aged accounts to customers and maintain customer account system notes.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computer operation, able to operate Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel at an advanced level.
  • Excellent attention to detail and great organizational skills.
