We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of Workday, a cutting-edge HR technology solution. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of Workday, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of project objectives.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and convert business needs into technical specifications.
  • Supervise system configuration and data conversion processes to ensure data integrity and alignment with company standards.
  • Manage and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies when needed.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the transition from development to production.
  • Lead post-implementation support efforts, troubleshooting issues and developing solutions.
  • Engage in production incident resolution and collaborate on solution design and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical abilities with the skill to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and risk management.
  • Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Experience leading at least one Workday implementation project.
  • Proficiency in managing data conversion and ensuring data integrity.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday software and/or integration toolsets.
  • Knowledge of HR processes such as Hire to Retire, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other issue-tracking tools.
