POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieving Sales Goals
  • Utilizes effective sales techniques and shares product knowledge to meet company sales targets; assists customers in selecting merchandise that aligns with their preferences.
  • Stays informed about current promotions and maintains visual and pricing standards.
  • Ensures adherence to merchandise handling and presentation standards, as well as loss prevention protocols.
  • Contributes to visual merchandising efforts, including monthly store layouts and maintenance.

Enhancing Customer Experience
  • Embodies and promotes the principles of Exceptional Personal Service (EPS), ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and resolves concerns promptly.
  • Facilitates a quick and efficient checkout process, remaining knowledgeable about payment policies, coupon usage, returns, and security measures.
  • Encourages additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
  • Enrolls clients in loyalty programs.
  • Develops and nurtures a loyal customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product offerings both in-store and online.
  • Ensures consistent communication with clients through a customer relationship management system.

Operational Excellence
  • Assists in replenishment tasks to keep the store well-stocked.
  • Supports order fulfillment processes.
  • Participates in visual merchandising tasks, including floor displays and signage placement as directed.
  • Helps maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Team Collaboration and Development
  • Encourages a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and welcomes constructive feedback.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to adapt to technology utilized by the company.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular attendance is essential to meet company objectives, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing activities.
