Your Daily Responsibilities:


As a member of H&R Block, you will motivate individuals to make confident and informed choices regarding their finances, careers, and lives. You will cultivate client relationships that deepen over time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate the tax preparation process by inputting client and W-2 data into the tax software.
- Assist in concluding the client interview by organizing the tax return, securing necessary signatures, reviewing the final product with the client, and completing accounting procedures.
- Ensure that all H&R Block clients receive exceptional service.

Your Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficient reading and math skills necessary to complete the tax return interview.
- Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Prior experience with Windows-based software applications.
- Additional state and local regulations may apply.

Note:

This office operates as an independently owned franchise under an agreement with H&R Block. Franchise owners are responsible for their own hiring processes.
