Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Expert to join our team at Skywalk Global. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on Workday HCM Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and address Workday HCM Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking inefficiencies.
  • Ensure the accuracy of Time Tracking calculations and Payroll, Absence, and reporting requirements.
  • Support multiple clients in post-production activities.
  • Analyze and resolve complex payroll compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for system programming and enhancements.
  • Conduct smoke testing and dry runs, with managers signing off on results.
  • Test payroll reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and HCM certifications.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance and the ability to identify and resolve issues related to taxes or time block calculations.
