About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Carrollton Springs, a 78-bed behavioral hospital located in Carrollton, TX. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with adults, adolescents, and their families, providing psychotherapy and counseling therapies in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work or counseling or relevant state license required.
- State License per state requirements
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
