West Coast Behavioral Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Magellan Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and elderly individuals with a wide range of presenting problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, couple's, family, and group therapy sessions to clients
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Manage caseload and documentation effectively
- Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to team decision-making
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy protocols and current diagnostic processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Magellan Health offers a competitive salary range of $58,440 - $93,500, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and voluntary benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
