Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinery Maintenance Technician to join our team at Nesco Resource. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing entry-level equipment and preventative maintenance support on production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform documented basic PMs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Execute projects assigned, with guidance, on equipment improvements, rebuilds, or basic troubleshooting to resolve issues and improve overall equipment reliability.
  • Assist other Maintenance Technicians on advanced PMs and equipment troubleshooting to ensure seamless support and knowledge sharing.
  • Track maintenance activities in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure accurate records and efficient workflow.
  • Perform coolant tank PMs and oil skimmer PMs to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to read and write English fluently.
  • Demonstrated use and understanding of basic hand tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work on feet for entire shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area and ensures all maintenance actions are accomplished in a safe and timely manner.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNC equipment operation experience, including Mills, Lathes, and Hones.
  • Experience working on mechanical systems and equipment.
