Key Responsibilities:
- Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop tailored solutions using our range of products and services to eliminate pest issues. Execute pest treatments and install preventive measures to ensure a pest-free setting. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment effectively.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture customer relationships through friendly and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and propose effective solutions to their pest concerns. Inform customers about additional services that could enhance their experience.
- Ongoing Education: Engage in comprehensive training to become proficient in our product offerings and industry advancements. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in pest management. Participate in training sessions on innovative methods and services available through INITIAL, INC.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must:
- Pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
- Hold a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record check.
- Be available to work weekdays and occasional weekends.
Education & Experience:
A high school diploma or GED is required. Previous customer-facing experience is preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and gain expertise in pest control.
- Ability to work independently after initial training.
