Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices and process them in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Ensure accurate administration of supplier invoices against purchase orders, goods receipts, and terms.
  • Assist with setting up new suppliers and maintaining information on automatic debit payments.
  • Monitor and maintain accounts payable accounts for accuracy and ensure any blocks have been lifted prior to payment reports.
  • Respond to external and internal questions regarding accounts payable transactions.
  • Provide ISK Americas Incorporated credit data and references to suppliers.
  • Maintain capital appropriation logs and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in the setup of new customers and perform verification checks on trade and bank references.
  • Monitor customer accounts for past due invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.
  • Prepare monthly accounts receivable aging reports and monitor past due accounts.
  • Perform periodic customer data audits to determine if any changes are necessary with address, terms, and credit limit.
  • Reconcile monthly the warehouse to book balance.
  • Maintain and review yearly documented accounts payable processes and update as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Two plus years of experience in a related field, preferably in an ERP system environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
