What You'll Do:
  • Work collaboratively with our DispatchHealth Medical Technicians (DHMTs) to deliver comprehensive care to patients in their homes.
  • Perform thorough health assessments, diagnose, and treat complex illnesses, and provide therapeutic interventions as needed.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills and evidence-based standards of practice to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Accurately document patient encounters and maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze test data to diagnose, treat, and arrange follow-up care for patients.
  • Educate patients and families on managing their health and well-being.
  • Navigate complex conversations related to end-of-life issues and goals of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Identify and proactively solve problems to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.
  • Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
