Essential Skills:
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations accurately and swiftly (calculator usage is permitted). Must be capable of providing correct monetary change.

Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills are necessary for taking and processing orders. Good hand-eye coordination is required for executing precise movements quickly. Proficiency in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen is essential.

Work Environment:
Exposure to:
Variable and occasionally challenging weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks. In-store temperatures can range from 36 degrees in coolers to 90 degrees or higher in certain work areas. Sudden temperature fluctuations may occur both indoors and outdoors. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped spaces, including walk-in coolers. Handling hot surfaces and tools that may exceed 500 degrees, as well as sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensory Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively via telephone. Near and mid-range vision is necessary for most in-store tasks, along with depth perception and the ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces.

Personal Attributes:
Capability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, manage stress, adhere to strict quality control standards, interact with customers, analyze data, and make informed decisions.

Physical Requirements:
Standing:
Most tasks are performed while standing. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum.

Walking:
Walking is typically for short distances and durations. Delivery personnel must navigate between the store and delivery vehicle, as well as from the vehicle to the customer's location.

Sitting:
Administrative tasks are usually completed at a desk or table.

Lifting:
Bulk deliveries occur twice a week or more, requiring team members to unload using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 pounds, which must be lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 inches high.

Caring:
Items such as large cans and trays of pizza dough must be transported over short distances.

Driving:
Deliver pizzas within a specified area, with multiple deliveries possible during a shift.

Pushing:
Moving trays on dollies requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds.

Climbing:
Occasional navigation of stairs or ladders is necessary for various tasks.

Stoop/Bending:
Forward bending is required at various workstations, particularly during food assembly.

Crouching/Squatting:
Occasional tasks include stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.

Reaching:
Continuous reaching is necessary for various tasks, including obtaining ingredients and cleaning work surfaces.

Hand Tasks:
Eye-hand coordination is crucial, with frequent use of hands required throughout the day.

Equipment:
Utilization of various tools and equipment, including computers, telephones, and food preparation tools.
