Job Summary:
This Mechanical Manufacturing Technician role involves preparing and assembling components to develop final or sub-assemblies under direct supervision by a certified calibrator (level II or above). You'll also be responsible for setting up and operating production equipment, recording spray parameters, and disassembling, repairing, and reassembling products according to specifications. Additionally, you'll actively participate in the Continuous Improvement process and support and follow all rules, guidelines, and standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions as set by your leader and position.
Requirements:
- No certification required.
- Typically requires HS Diploma or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status).
- Manual dexterity to perform tasks associated with assembly and calibration.
- Ability to learn how to read and understand prints.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management.
