About the Role:
- Provide high-quality clinical home care to children with various medical conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, and Developmental Delays.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes for children.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Unencumbered license to practice as a therapist in the state.
- Current CPR certification.
