Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric therapy team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with medically fragile children and their families, providing high-quality clinical home care to help them grow and flourish to their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with feeding difficulties, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and other conditions.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on communication and feeding strategies.
  • Participate in clinical training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Current CPR certification.
