Position Overview
As a Forensic Risk Assessment Specialist I, you will provide essential scientific and engineering insights to our Claim business partners, enabling informed decision-making regarding losses.

Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a technical authority in areas such as:
- Fire science
- Origin and cause investigations
- Failure analysis of various systems
- Product liability and accident reconstruction
- Analytical chemistry and other forensic investigations

2. Ensure adherence to forensic investigation protocols, including documentation and evidence handling.

3. Participate in on-site investigations, assisting with evidence collection, witness interviews, and providing technical consultation to legal and claims teams.

4. Conduct research, prepare detailed reports, and support claims and legal staff with scientific data relevant to cases.

5. Maintain knowledge of applicable codes, industry standards, and laboratory testing protocols.

6. Provide expert testimony in legal settings as required.

Qualifications
- BA/BS in science or engineering with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
