Job Summary:
Christus Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our nursing services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing programs and practices to ensure safe and efficient quality care for patients and their families.
- Ensure consistent application of nursing services policies and standards throughout the organization.
- Monitor patient outcomes and quality of nursing care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Oversee the performance of nursing teams, identifying training and development needs and providing support to staff.
- Collaborate with medical staff, department heads, and administrators to develop and implement nursing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare leadership experience.
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
