Job Title: Training Developer

At 4P Consulting Inc., we are seeking a skilled Training Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing high-quality training programs that drive organizational learning and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training curriculum and content, including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, and job aids.
  • Apply instructional design theories and practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and business leaders to develop materials based on information provided.
  • Upload and maintain content documentation and course folders in various systems.
  • Manage projects and meet timelines with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with authoring tools, animation software, and/or other similar development tools required.
  • Training experience in power generation, power delivery, transmission, construction, or associated fields preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
  • Experience managing projects is required.
