Overview

Norton Medical Group, a renowned leader in neuroscience services, seeks a fellowship-trained physician to join its esteemed neurocritical care team. As a neurocritical care specialist, you will be part of a collaborative environment with board-certified neuroscience physicians, neurosurgeons, and advanced practice providers.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $320,000 - $420,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A competitive compensation package, including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and continuing medical education allowance, is available to eligible candidates.

About the Position

This neurocritical care opportunity at Norton Medical Group offers:

  • A 7 on/7 off schedule
  • Dedicated support staff with advanced practice providers
  • No mandatory trauma care
  • Access to 14 neurosurgeons through Norton Neuroscience Institute, including three endovascular/cerebrovascular neurosurgeons and two functional neurosurgeons
  • Participation in the Neuroscience Symposium and other continuing medical education events
  • Weekly neuroscience clinical conference with neurosurgery and neurology providers
  • Opportunity to provide care at an award-winning comprehensive stroke center recognized by DNV and USNWR
  • Research opportunities and support available through the Norton Healthcare Research Office
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • A medical degree or diploma
  • Residency/fellowship certification
  • Kentucky medical license or license eligible
