At Norton Medical Group, we are seeking a skilled High-Level Neurocritical Care Specialist to join our esteemed team of neuroscience professionals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $**$350,000 - $450,000 per year**, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Our comprehensive benefits package includes sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and continuing medical education allowances.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have expertise in neurocritical care, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with neurological disorders.
About the Position
- This is an opportunity to work with a talented team of board-certified neuroscience physicians, neurosurgeons, and advanced practice providers.
- No mandatory trauma care responsibilities.
- A 7 on/7 off schedule ensures a healthy work-life balance.
- Access to 14 neurosurgeons through Norton Neuroscience Institute, including three endovascular/cerebrovascular neurosurgeons and two functional neurosurgeons.
- Participation in regular neuroscience clinical conferences and continuing medical education events.
- The possibility to engage in research opportunities and receive support through the Norton Healthcare Research Office.

Norton Neuroscience Institute is a collaborative team of over 130 subspecialized neuroscience providers, including:
- 14 neurosurgeons.
- 5 neuropsychologists.
- 5 LCSWs.
- More than 55 advanced practice providers.
- 60 Neurologists subspecialty-trained in various areas, including neurocritical care.
Requirements
- Medical degree or diploma.
- Residency or fellowship certification.
- Kentucky medical license or eligibility.
