KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare venues for events, which may involve setting up and dismantling staging, equipment, lighting, etc.
- Engage in physical tasks including walking, talking, seeing, hearing, pushing, balancing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, and handling. Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with significant noise and interruptions, with the ability to frequently change tasks.
- Conduct maintenance and parking operations on event days.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods.
- Manage lawn care duties, including mowing and weed removal.
- Execute regular preventative maintenance and repairs on venue equipment and infrastructure as instructed.
- Oversee daily loading dock activities related to shipping and receiving, deliveries, and event equipment logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
- Respect for diverse cultures, music, and art forms.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
